Want to help more people - without the hassle of hiring another doctor?
Then you've come to the right place...
Then you've come to the right place...
Then you've come to the right place...
So you're thinking about growing your practice - or maybe trying to add cash income to replace the dwindling insurance reimbursement - or trying to not to beat up your body all day, instead looking to leverage technology and staff.
An obvious choice is an associate doctor.
But we know, that can take weeks, months, or even years to find the right fit.
It can be hard - really hard...and frustrating.
Once you find one, training can take anywhere from three months up to a year depending on the skills and the experience the doctor has...sometimes unlearning bad habits or bad attitudes.
They have to fit your practice style, mesh with your staff, and of course, your patients.
That can be a TALL order.
And in the end, 67% of associate doctor relationships fail.
And, like a marital divorce, can almost be as painful and costly.
That's where we come in.
Maybe it's not so much that you want or even need another doctor, but rather a highly successful and reliable way to care for patients without you having to put your hands on them.
That way patients are receiving care, generating income, while you're off seeing other patients, delivering adjustments, examining new patients, doing report of findings...or taking the rest of the day off while your staff provides the care.
I never thought of it as an associate doctor.
I was just trying to help patients that I otherwise had failed to help.
In the course of a month, I had a patient who I helped significantly but still ended up with spinal surgery - with a devastating outcome.
A few weeks later, a young doctor whom I had met came to me for back pain that no one else had helped with. I gave him some temporary relief, however, within 24 hours he was found paralyzed on his basement floor with an extruded disc that caused both bowel and bladder function loss.
I had heard of VAX-D, but really didn't know much about it. But I knew of a doctor who had one and to whom I referred this chiropractor.
At first he was carried to the clinic, then he was on crutches, and two months later I was at his home while he was laying bricks in the sidewalk.
I saw his pre-and post MRI, and the disc was healed.
I was sold, and added one "associate".
Within a few months, it was at maximum capacity so I added my second "associate".
My "associates" were working while I was adjusting, allowing me to help cases I was otherwise unable to help, as well as, generating an additional 800 to thousand dollars per hour.
Over the years we've grown to add "associate" number three, four, and five - with number six and seven having just arrived.
Seamless integration into our existing practice as many of our current patients had degenerating and decaying spines, disc bulges and herniations.
In the beginning, we hired a team of experts at a cost of $10,000 for a two day in office training.
This was done concurrently with hiring a retired VAX-D doctor (for $300/hour) who had been doing VAX-D since the specialty was invented by Dr. Alan Dyer MD, PhD.
So much to know, so many complicated cases, what to do, what not to do - so I consulted and worked with Dr. Dyer a few times a month for over a decade,
During that time, I learned tips, tricks, and insights not readily available to the practitioner who just purchased a random table and read the manual that came with it.
Most people are unaware that there are two types of radiologists. Both go to school for 12 years, but a standard radiologist receives a mere two weeks of training in the brain and the spine, whereas a neuroradiologist receives two years in the brain and spine...and when the neuroradiologist reads the MRI report that a radiologist wrote they will uncover an error or omission 42.6% of the time.
It is for that reason I took extra classes and studied with a neuroradiologist.
I'm told by several well-known consultants that nearly 90% of chiropractors don't do a full neurological evaluation, x-ray, or order routine MRIs.
In the early days, I actually earned less income with VAX-D then I was earning as a straight chiropractor.
I had purchased some marketing materials and educational materials from a variety of consultants - none worked very well nor filled up my tables.
While researching marketing, I became affiliated with with one of the world's top marketers, and over the years invested high five figures to low six figures studying copywriting and marketing so that I could write my own ads to achieve the goals that I was not achieving.
Within a very short period of time the clinic doubled, then doubled again.
As I write this today, we have grown more than 10 fold from where we began.
So what we bring to the table (pun intended) is a reproducible system of success that is unparalleled.
And it starts with hiring the right "associate".
There is a reason that VAX-D is the gold standard in chronic neck and back pain.
The entire point is to decompress the disc, to a significant negative value to allow the disc to be drawn back into its normal position, new type IV collagen cells to help the outer wall of the disc to heal as strong as it was before - restarting the process of imbibation.
Imbibing is the normal process of exchange of fluids across the disc membrane that keeps an otherwise healthy disc healthy. And that which is absent and pathological in degenerative disc disease, disc bulges, herniations and extrusions.
Spinal surgery has such a high failure rate because it attacks one or two of the failed mechanisms of a spinal joint and disc - but does not, and cannot address them all.
In all but a few rare cases of bony central canal stenosis, there is no other therapy, technique, product, or surgery with a higher short and long-term success rate than VAX-D.
VAX-D was developed by Dr. Alan Dyer, codeveloper of the heart defibrillator, who spent years trying to find a way to get around the defense mechanism of traction to allow the spinal disc to truly decompress.
It is the only device past or present that is ever scientifically been shown to decompress the spinal disc.
All other devices are traction devices with a wench and a cable, or if with a stand with a TV added, spinal decompression, which still contains a wench and a cable and by definition, as filed in their paperwork with governmental agencies, are traction devices.
It is been well established in the medical literature the traction is not beneficial for those with bulging, herniated, or degenerative discs.
VAX-D stands alone with the published research, the patents, as the only device to ever show a true decompression to a significant negative value.
Thus disc decompression by VAX-D is significantly different than spinal decompression or traction.
So, just as in looking for a "live" associate with the highest degree of skills, and results - VAX-D is the absolute best "associate" that you could ask for or find.
There is no competition for VAXD, as it is truly disc decompression.
The Genesis G3 is the most advanced device on the market for both cervical and lumbar spine.
There is a fair amount of marketing, fluff and stories about spinal decompression devices, but very little hard evidence.
In fact, most of the manufacturers reference VAX-D's research as their own.
Unfortunately, that's like using a Volkswagen motor and frame and putting a Ferrari kit on top and then trying to use Ferrari's 200mph and times as their own. Just not kosher.
In fact, so many have done just that, for such a period of time (Dr. Dyer fought in court the first few - costing him hundreds of thousands of dollars - but then another one would pop up, etc) that few no longer know the real story and believe that anything the pulls, decompresses the disc.
Absolutely not true.
One company was so egregious that they were sued by the state of Florida for $400 million. Up until that moment, people believed their hype.
They went dark for a bit, but now I see they're back on the market.
So how do you hire the best "associate"?
If you're looking to significantly increase your billable services - with a HIGH level of reproducible success - without the hassle of trying to find, hire, train and retain a 'live' associate doctor, then VAX-D is the PERFECT "associate" for your office.
Your office already attracts patients with degenerative disc, bulges and herniations, so it will seamlessly fit right in with what you are currently doing.
And, to decompress an intervertebral disc - that's reliable, scientifically established, with the highest technological advancements available, that you can trust with your most severe disc case - or your own mother- there's only one choice - VAX-D.
VAX-D is the only device ever shown to decompress the disc.
All other 'spinal decompression' devices are wench and cable (some with a TV) traction devices, that advertise that they decompress - when in fact - they have no evidence to back up that statement. Please visit the research page for more information.
Where we will share our highly guarded secrets of how to attract, exam, close and successfully manage disc cases with a level of expertise few can offer - allowing you to become a disc expert - and be paid like one.
